I agree with the other complaint here! Do Not use them as your internet provider. When we signed up, we were given 5 FREE emails. Later on, they decided the cost was too much, and they had to start charging us. Then, the IRS got after them for not charging/paying WI sales tax in 2008. So, they charged my bank account for their error! How do they keep changing the contract and charging me for things I never agreed to? The service is intermittent, and when you call, the service tech always insist its on your end. I can only hope enough people get sick of the problems with T6B and band together and fight. If you are not a customer yet? My advice and opinion... Think twice before signing anything with them.
