I purchased a Motherboard from PC Planet Systems — ASUS A8V Deluxe.
The web page for the motherboard says absolutely NOTHING about the product's condition. Lacking this information, I assumed the product to be "new." (This mobrd was a replacement for an identical board in my system, and this model made its depute in late 2004.)
I was absolutely appalled to find out that when I received the product, it was USED. It had no manual, no driver CD, no cables, had bent pins, and the on-board Ethernet was shot in which I had to use an additional Ethernet card to get my system back up.
My only salvation was that I had the same board, documentation, and drivers. But, someone else might not have been so lucky.
Beware of their advertising.
