I bought their antivirus software and it has not worked correctly for the 2 months I have had it on my computer. I called Tech support and got someone probably from India. I told him my computer does not recognize this program as antivirus proctection and he told me that I needed a Microsoft technician to review my security on the pc, and they just happened to have one there and it would cost me $209.00 to get the issue fixed. I told him no thanks. I downloaded Norton antivirus and the issue is fixed. I now show I have antivirus protection for my computer.
