I purchased airline tickets and hotel from priceline.com. They charged my card $709 and 4 different $1.00 fees. Then when the fees cleared as completed transactions, they were separated; like 3 different fees. This caused the $709 hold on my account. I cannot use the $713.00 they are holding on my card until they decide to drop off the fees. It has been a month and I have tried and tried and tried to get them to take these fees off. They keep saying it will happen within 24 hours and it still has not, a month later! That is a lot of money to just be sitting there and unable to use. My bank says they cannot do anything until Priceline does. They are next on the consumer complaints!
