I bought website submission software from this company in September. The software is called 'Trafficseeker' and claims to submit your sites to over 700,000 search engines (Platinum version, which I bought for $200US). The company promise an "Unconditional 30 Day Money Back Guarantee".
On using the software, I found it produced a 90% failure rate in submissions. I contacted the company and they claimed a 95% success rate. I tried the software again after making sure the engine database was the most up to date, but still experienced the same result. I contacted the company again, requesting a refund. They asked me to send them my latest sumbission report, which I did. Since then I have heard nothing, despite several attempts to contact them.
This software does not perform anywhere near to what the company claim and the company do not honour their promises.
