Amazon.com is deliberately allowing partnered merchants to steal from individuals knowing that these merchants do this while at the same time stealing from Amazon sellers-those people naive enough to think they can sell anything through Amazon and actually receive any money for their items before Amazon blocks their accounts and steals their money.
In the former example Amazon.com lists approximately 500 Sony computers and related items for sale on their website-I only researched about ten of the very most expensive ones which sell for between $2200 and $4000. Several of those computers list the merchant as LC Way also known as viaousa.com They have already been reported here several times and yet they continue to be listed at Amazon. Coms website. What has been reported is not pretty: The owner of LC Way, a guy with a name impossible to read let alone pronounce is an out and out thief and Amazon, being the thieves they are, know this. What has been reported here already is some customers have bought computers listed as new with parts removed and replaced with inferior parts, less than the promised working components, supposedly new computers arriving damaged. One example on the Amazon.com and viaousa.com website lists a top of the line AW 290 loaded with 8 GB pf memory and a 2.93 GHZ processor for $2199. This is an absurd configuration first of all which would cost much more than this if ordered from the legitimate Sony Style website. Also it is a fact if you are stupid enough to order from this scumbag you will NOT receive those high end components as promised or even a new, undamaged computer. Also this piece of trash tries to claim he is a Sony Authorized Dealer (note the deliberately misleading viaousa.com - I would have never known who this scumbag is except he happened to post in a thread about the AW 290 series over at notebookreview.com bragging about low prices which got me researching this piece of trash and exposing him over there as I am now doing here and the scumbags at Amazon.com (and EBay) that continue to allow this criminal to operate. I'd really liek to see what the scumbag Amazon.com employee who checks this page to write their usual full of lies rebuttals has to say about this dirtbag and the dirtbag Jeff Bezos at Amazon.com and all the other dirtbags at Amazon.com
In addition, Amazon.com owes my friend, Tamar Hirsch, a great deal of money for textbooks and other books and related materials she sold through Amazon.com who promptly confiscated her money and blocked her as a seller which they have done to tons of others who are honest merchants looking to sell materials through Amazon after having built false trust in their sleazebag operation. They owe her thousands of dollars.
I was considering ordering through Amazon for the first time in years for things like discounted BluRay discs and then I found out you pay a much higher price later on in the form of your card will be charged at a later date for items you never ordered-just one of many ways Amazon is committing fraud on a massive scale. Thankfully I never ordered anything through these dirtbags once I realized what they were really about and NEVER will. They owe Tamar thousands of dollars as it stands right now and I'm all for class action against Amazon and criminal prosecution of Jeff Bezos and anyone else under him perpetuating fraud on the public deliberately.
