Surprise billing on my bank account too

I wanted to thank Kelly of Wisconsin for the helpful info on this company. I too have a change on my bank account from them. When I called the number on my bank account associated with the charge, the call would not connect. I will be visiting my bank tomorrow and calling the number suggested by Kelly. My amount charged is considerably less but I still want it back.
