They sent me a bill, I wrote that I didn't owe the money. They replied with a letter - no phone number - just a website (they said there is no charge to use the site to look up billing information) Tried to access it to see exactly what they were charging me for - couldn't - - - got an error message that the account didn't exist... But they still want to bill me!!!
