I purchased the company's product online Jan 29th. The cost (incl. Shipping) was $88. The shipment was supposed to be delivered within 10-14 days.
After 14 days I had still not received the product, so I started contacting the customer service. Some of my e-mails were answered in apologizing manner, promising to forward my complaints and take care of the problem.
The most recent replies though, were completely ignorant. The person wtiting them seemed not having even read my e-mail's content. So the reply was previously pre-written instruction of the return/refund instruction.
To my followup e-mail describing that I did not receive the product in mail at first place, so there was nothing for me to return, I got no reply.
The problem remains unsolved.
