Top DJ Gear charged me for product, never shipped, and won't respond to emails

I ordered from Top DJ Gear and got charged appropriately, but one month later I haven't gotten what I ordered or gotten a reply to the numerous emails that I have sent. I've been searching for a phone number but nothing listed has worked. What else can I say, it's the worst possible service one can get from an online store. Stay far far away from Top DJ Gear. I might be visiting NYC soon and if so I'll come knocking on their door.
