Racism servers pirating unfair burden

Blizzard Entertainment is the creator or publisher of Diablo 2 and is the promoter of the game and its supposed free online gaming service. Blizzard Entertainment charged as much as $70 dollars for the collectors edition (which I purchased) and the current price of Diablo 2 is approx. $40. Blizzard Ent.included cd-keys with each copy of the game so that only one user could use one copy at a time. This prevents rip offs, such as friends burning friends copies and not having to pay a purchase price for the game, which is what funds the online play. Before I state the problem I would like to say although no one has officially confirmed this, it has been posted in the Battle.net Forums multiple times and Blizzard has not replied to those posts or taken a stand about the issue.instead the webmaster for Blizzard has chosen to delete all posts relating to this topic which leads many customers to believe its true.

The problem is Blizzard Entertainment allowed versions of Diablo 2 shipped to Korea to use a cd-key multiple times. The current information as pertaining to why is that Blizzard did this to promote its game in Cyber Cafes. I guess they wanted to allow Cyber Cafes to burn copies of the game so the cafe would put it on their computers. Korea is the pirating capital of the world. Now there are burned copies of Diablo 2 circulating in Korea taking up space on the battle.net servers where the online experience of the game takes place. This overloading of the servers is causing lagg for the other players who "paid" for the game and causes the interuption of game play and the loss of time, work, etc. Blizzard has done nothing to give the right to play the game online as advertised on the box back to the customers. They have tried to expand server space but it cannot keep up with the pirated copies of Diablo 2 circulating in Korea. Blizzard refuses to locate the Korean players to the Asian server, the 2 Asian servers rather, which would isolate them from the other players who are using legitimate gaming software and in essence giving the server space back to the paying customers. This brings me to my next point and complaint...

The Koreans are well know (there are articles all over the web) to take these games way to seriously, sometimes even leading up to real world violence. The Koreans are flooding the 3 non-Asian servers, which are US West, US East, and Europe. They are attacking other players because of race, anyone not Korean by birth is a target for them. Worse yet, they (being the pirating capital of the world) are using cheats, duplicated equipment, and hacks to attack the other players. Some of these hacks include the "Loot Hack" which allows them to steal hard earned equipment from the characters they attack. This is harrassment of players, and they are being harassed by people who didn't even pay for the copy of the game they are using. Blizzard does what they can to get rid of characters that have names like KKK or other racial names and slurs.in my book anyone harassing someone else and ruining their gaming expereince because they are of a different ethnic group, culture or race is racism and its wrong. Which is exactly whats behind the Koreans motivation for attacking these other players, yet Blizzard refuses to take action on the matter.instead they choose to let them run rampant ruining the playing expereince for other players and reducing the competency of the online playing of the game. Many times the game is unplayable online due to the over flow of Korean players.

I have signed a petition list to have the Koreans isolated to one Asian server in particular. Its not fair to force the Japanese, Philipino, Chinese, etc. Players to play on the same server as the Koreans because as I said earlier, if you are not Korean by birth then you are a target of their hostility.
The petition list was at www.diablo2voices. Cjb.net
