Michael Romagnoli was supposed to develop a website for me, we signed a contract and I gave him $1600 (half of the contract amount). He said he will finish the website in 4 to 6 weeks but in reality not even half of the work was done after 6 months.
When I called him he was literaly laughing and promising stuff. I was to patient with him.
The way he makes money is by attracting projects via low pricing, collecting projects, cashing money and not doing the job.
The most sick thing about him is that he will smile and laugh out loud when you demand your job or when you want to close up the contract.
He wasted my time because the website was never completed but he also wasted my money! He got me for $1600!!!
He always had silly excuses why the work is not done. Promising the work but never delivered anything.
I would not recommend him for anything. He is an Italian so he should cook pasta or make pizza - not develop websites.
He stole my $1600!!
