We had project on www.freelancer.com. Michael Grissinger promised to make great looking website. We signed a contract to create new design of our website. He initially bid based on a two-week turnaround time - but subsequently changed it (without notification) to three months. We paid a 50% deposit in advance. After initially working well for a two week period Michael simply disappeared for weeks and months at a time. We called him and wrote him emails with no respone. Since then he did not replied. He has taken our money, he has not delivered any work to us. I would seriously urge anyone thinking of working with him to reconsider.
