This site is a job board for aviation job openings.in the past it would consolidate information from many sources, such as other job boards, newspapers etc. And would compile the information on its website. The site charges an annual fee to be paid up front via paypal before you are given any access. There are no tours, or anything else to get a taste.
I bought membership, remembering that the site was good a few years ago. This time however there were hardly any job listed. Now one could say that the economy is the reason, with a tight job market. However, if one were to search careerbuilder.com, that person would see a multitude of aviation jobs listed, none of those would also appear on planejobs.com.in the past they would have the entries from careerbuilder and other sites, so it would appear that they are no longer doing the work of actually putting information on their website. Its as if no one works there any more.
So after 5 minutes, I used the customer support form to request a refund of my money. I did not get an answer at all, so the next time rather then filling out the web form, I emailed the customer support email address directly with the same request, and again no reply. I did this a 3rd time, and in that email I stated my intentions to file a report on usacomplaints.com and other sites, and still no communication at all.
