I recently moved to a small town. I went to hook up with msn and all the access numbers in my area are long distance. I called msn and let them know of my situation and they said that i needed to call telephone company to get access numbers. The telephone company informed me that msn did not renew there contract in our area.
I then returned a call to msn and let them know now what was going on. They said well there is nothing that they can do. So options are pay long distance and pay msn monthly. I dont feel that is fair. I cant use there service because they didnt renew there contract?
