The Software Salon Aka rip-off took my money never sent a product lied about sending it never gave me my money & ever e-mailed me back!

I sent The Software Salon (aka The Software Society) money using PayPal on the 27th of December for a product I seen on their site. I e-mailed them several times on this matter, never seen an e-mail, nor a product, nor my money again. Today is March 7.
PayPal.com tells me to give them a reasonable amount of time to send me the product, so I gave them a month. When I went to file a report to get my money through PayPal, they told me 30 days was the limit, so what IS a reasonable amount of time?
