They breeze into town, Sean Roach gives a compelling sales presentation, punctuated with lies and promises, bragging about how much money he's got, and promotes their product as "it's that easy", "anyone can do it", "it's as easy as 1,2, 3." and other hype. Then they tell you there's only (8) left, so be quick etc etc. Then they have you sign a piece of paper in the rush and urgency without telling you there is only a 3 day cooling off period. Furthermore, the document has to be FAXED or Posted to ARRIVE at their office within that time. Given that many seminars are 2 days long, it doesn't leave much time to check it out! (None). Rip 2 it Inc is an internet based business, and yet an email with the attached document is not acceptable.
Then Sean disappears before the seminar is even finished. He's in, he takes your money, and then he's gone; never to have any connection with you again.
When I got the opportunity to begin with this programme, after the two day seminar had finished, I soon found it to be complicated, with errors which we were expected to fix ourselves and absolutely nothing like what was presented by Sean Roach. I am a "newbie" and have no knowledge of procedures required to enable me to use this produce, but I understood from Sean's presentation that I didn't need to know. Everything was already done for me. Not so. Everything on their site is convoluted and it took many many hours to find my way around their often faulty tutorial videos etc.
The forum is a place where one would expect to go to get meaningful advice, but any questions are answered by Pat Lovell with arrogance, and are less than helpful. No-one much goes to the forum now. Those that haven't quit in disgust, know that they're not going to get a decent answer, and certainly not within a helpful amount of time, if they get an answer at all. Pat Lovell has threatened to remove any posts that in anyway criticise his product, and he does. The fine print on the document states that members are not to communicate with one another. Tickets raised for faults on the sites, are left for many days before they are answered. Often they are not answered at all.
I called their office to try to get a refund, but they weren't prepared to do that.
As part of the "contract" I had with this company was 3-day training. I joined in September as a "Tycoon" member, paying $9888. The scheduled training for November in Sydney Australia was cancelled, regardless of the fact that people had already booked and paid for their flights and accommodation. Pat Lovell was not well enough to travel to Australia to do the training. Is this a two-man show? Just Sean Roach and Pat Lovell? Is there no-one else who could do this training and fullfill the terms of the contract? I guess they'd have to PAY someone to do it, and that would leave a hole in their pockets. Meanwhile, the cancelled training which was to take place in November, has not been rescheduled. Yet people are expected to pay a hefty AUD350 PER MONTH!
There is no doubt that this company is run by people with no integrity, and no care for the people who trusted the words spoken by Sean Roach at his presentations. I've noticed that in the rebuttals that Pat provides to reports such as this, he denies that certain things were promised. How does he know? He wasn't there at the seminar which I attended! How can he deny what so many people on so many blogs are saying if he wasn't there to hear what was said?
Pat Lovell's rebuttals to these comments which are all over the web, show his attitude. They show he doesn't care about these people. All he's concerned about is trying to make liars out of them, and to make them look as if they are the ones who have done it wrong. Where's the customer care?
There is none.
