On January 5th I purchased a headset (Creative Fatal1ty), which appeared to be in a excellent value.
I received the container available, them was utilized also it wasn't performing whatsoever.
I paid for that reshipping plus they didn't actually spend the cash back. The headset was 19$, the shipping was 10$. They stated they dont provide you with the shipping back and so they cost A - 20% for restocking the merchandise once you return it. Moreover you spend another 10$ to reship it. As well as in the finish they dont actually provide you with these 15$ that based on them is all you deserve.
After spending all of the profit purchasing and returning the merchandise, period returning it and waiting, and all simply because they didn't connect the headset to determine if it had been functioning. Or possibly they did... I'm confident they've currently offered the headset I delivered to someone else, till someone understands that it's cheaper to maintain it than to provide it back towards the shop (particularly since they don't provide you with the cash back).
