Opened account beginning of two months later requested service to be canceled. Billing continued reguardless and I called on a regular basis to have it discontued and a rebate issued. Every month they continued to bill me and I would have the same conversation with another individual promising to rectify the on going problem. Finnally in December I had to cancel my credit card and have another issued as the only means of recourse. You can't tell me that dozens of customer service people could all be that incompetent. This leads me to believe that this method of deceptive practice is inniated on a higher level, or job training and placement at higher levels is severely lacking. Either way it is the responsibility of upper management to oversee all customer service inneractions and justify customer satisfaction.
