I used Lingo for my phone service. Because of the poor, terrible, awful (can you tell it's bad) customer service I switched to another service provider. I requested they switch my number to the new provider and cancel my account. It is now February and they are still billing my credit card.
I have called them many times. Every time they say it is taken care of and next month it shows up on my credit card again. My other service provider has consistently requested the transfer of my number with little effect.
The number finally transfered on January 4 and Lingo is STILL billing my account!
Do not EVER do business with this company.
