Creative Software - FSF - Free Software Forever
Did not receive my purchase

Just wanted to give people a heads up on this. I have purchased several products from Joe in the past and was very disappointed when I did not receive my order this time.

I also feel the way I was treated when I emailed asking when I would receive my paid for order and here is what I was told in his response email...

"There is NO "download page" yet. The page explained this - twice. That is what the egroup is for.

=

It can take Google (not us!) several DAYS to send your invitation if they 'choose' to review them. We have HUNDREDS of people they have not reviewed yet. We have no control over Google. Big surprise.:-)"

I copied and pasted this from his email and changed nothing. I waited another month to see if I received my order. I did not.

What is even more irritating is the daily email requesting to purchase more products - before I have received the one I purchased... And still have not received two months later.

I then sent another email asking for info and received no response at all.

I went to Paypal to to request a refund for not receiving my product.

Joe did not respond and Paypal was no help. They said I had to make the request within 45 days... I waited 60. That was my mistake but I wanted to give him the chance... Fortunately my purchase was only $12.28 this time.

It actually makes me sad to say goodbye because I have always purchased Joe's products. I guess maybe the big spenders who purchase his softshops are the only ones he feels are worth concentrating on anymore.

I'm sure if he would respond to me again he would blame it on Google again.
I don't really care who he blames... He's the one who got my money... Not Google... He's the one responsible to deliver my order... Not Google!

Creative Software is his company... NOT Googles!

If you're reading this Joe... Stop playing the blame game... Break the trust of to many of your customers and you may end up back at NASA begging for your job back in order to feed all those kids of yours.
