I placed an order in July for a projector lamp that was suppose to ship in 1-3 days. After waiting until September to get my lamp I finally cancelled the order. My credit card was charged and I have been checking on my reimbursement status for two months now with no check being sent. If they can charge my credit card immediately for something that did not ship they certainly can reverse the charge just as quickly.
They have a blog on their website that tries to explain what a great and good company they are and that a few customers with bad experiences shouldn't give the a "bad rap". They also have "safeguards" in place to protect their customers. "Don't be fooled", this company is reactively addressing their inferior customer service problems instead of proactively trying to make their unhappy customers become loyal repeat customers. I will never purchase from this company again.
