Last November I placed and order for a projector lamp on line. I was told the lamp was in stock and I paid for next day delivery. 3 days later I asked where my order was and they said it was back ordered. I told them to cancel my order and they gave me a cancellation number and said I would be refunded my money.
Two days later I received an email telling me my refund will be sent to me in 30 business days.
30 business days passed and no refund. I contacted them again and was promised a refund will be on the way.
Today I had an on line chat with one of their reps and was told that they have a change of ownership and to go through my credit card company and back charge them.
Their website has a tab for their blog. The first thing on the blog page is how they are not a rip off. Also there are no comments. Their forum page has hardly any entries as well.
Stay away from them. We are going to try to reverse the credit card charge today.
