Okay and so I have experienced Fios for just two 1/2 weeks now. Fascinating huh! Never a dull moment! About the day of the installment the specialist came. He continued to inform me how it was his first deploy! Hadnt noticed one of these simple ON T issues before. 7 to 8 hrs later and after funding a lot of my resources and me to obtain the task done I'd Web but no telephone. A day later after several calls to Verizonis assistance (From my cell) the telephone finnally was functioning. Television turned up 3 months later after I was informed my Media Heart wouldn't work (Ill need to include 2 new set-top containers towards the consideration) and 2 Tivois V1.0 wouldn't function. Okay so we got the Motorola DVR free of charge for 12 months which should substitute the previous Tivois exactly what a discount since it DOESN'T REPORT ANY AUDIO. Additionally, it becomes itself down! Should be an excellent power-saving choice huh? And so I invest hrs about the telephone ON-HOLD (get accustomed to the ON-HOLD factor) to become informed to fall it down in the nearby UPS shipping workplace and deliver it down at no cost. Although Im completing purchasing the cablecards the Telephone bands and its own the Verizon Selection department! Easily dont spend the statement I settled 7 days before its deadline AGAIN they'll switch off my support tomorrow. I applied the Verizon account # they offered and setup billpayer to pay for the statement, settled it 7 days early today Im delivered to selection? They don't take anything-but a duplicate of the deal from my lender. Our lender doesn't create any copies its all-electronic exchange. Fortunately 24 hours later I get a check from Verizon for that $321.88 that I settled them per month before? Okay are they silly or what, nobody considered to turn to discover when the consideration under my title required $321.88 put on it? Oh and just why give mean inappropriate bill # published on my statement anyhow? Other expenses since have experienced another bill number? Okay Ive only waisted another total evening of my period. All-is well for all times. However now my pcs cant access the Web, falling like travels, Im an IT person therefore after section of each day I find it along (my Sunday removed from IT material) towards the Verizon provided Westell modem, obviously after numerous energy starts and efforts to gain access to the router I've to hard-reset it and watch for half an hour for that ONT to recycle. I visit a RJ45 plug that will let me utilize my supperior Dlink DGL 4500 Gigabit modem whoa I had been likely to do that but Ive been so hectic on-hold and overcoming the Verizon Selection support I havent had a minute to sacrifice. And so I contact techsupport. Our ears continue to be buzzing... I get screamed at to not contact something that Verizon possessed! Okay I don't use my Dlink modem, I've to hold back for that Westell 100mbps bit of crap to recycle. Okay Web is back on-again, did I note they explained NO NEW ACCOUNTS ARE BILLED INSTALLTION COSTS? They simply don't contact them INSTALLMENT COSTS they contact them SERVICE FEES! Oh which Free DVR to get a year continues to be billed on my statement. Oh along with a late charge since I had been foolish enough to make use of the bill quantity provided in my experience by Verizon. Therefore the Verizon man turns up and it has my fresh cablecards, sorry but I havent completed one of these simple before. Oh boy another novice? Thank heavens I understood enough to assist wander him through partnering an "M" card. 4 hours later I've Tivo! So recently I obtain a statement within the email for $166? Our bill is present at $0 and yet Im finding my Verizon switched off again in seven days period. I used 3 hours about the telephone yesterday (Primarily on hold) Brittany desired to anyalize my telephone bill and place me on hold. 40 minutes later Selections accumulates and needs $166. I questioned why Im present? They needed $166 more as well as for what? And what happened to Brittany anyhow? Desiree today laughs and claims "Spend the $166 or visit payment if you like to anyalize your bill" I informed her I HAD BEEN with payment she explained she was placing me on-hold to check on my bill? Following a quantity of additional completly useless customer support representatives Melanie and Levigne along with a man from Asia who had been fairly good I had been placed on store again and dropped the bond after another time. Tune could inform me I owe $0 therefore the $166 isn't about the program. Nowadays I went in to the nearby Verizon shop and described my heavy dissapointment within the deplorable customer support.interesting she didnt seem amazed. Her pc locked up when I sneered, she employed an extra pc but to no avail there's no ammount of $166 about the consideration we shall investgate and contact you back. No-call however its been all day long.

I dont have phrases powerful enough to explain the disappointment of the numerous missing hours in the last 2 1/2 weeks using the customer support department of Verizon. It's terrible and deplorable.
