You would expect a mom and pop organization to have a small company base. However, 8 weeks for service?
They offer VERY slow internet speeds and high rates because they can. They have a monopoly over the the area and exploit that to the fullest extent.
Our internet speed dropped to below. They refused to swap the modem. They refused to increase the speed. They would charge an outrageous amount for on site service which was 8 weeks away. They only know how to say "no." They insisted that getting 20kps download directly into the modem was normal.
Can we change modems? No. Can you test our speed? No. Can you increase our speed? No.
