I went on line to earn some money and got smoothly rippoffed by the above named Co. First I ordered a CD, for $ 3.99. They sent me an e-mail with my user name and password. To log on the site, So I tried to log in but I received a response that it was an
invalid username and password. So I called their (888-657-8585) a lady answered the phone and I told her what happene and she said no problem, I
will send you another one, please check your e-mail in about 10 min.
Well its now been over a week and they still haven't sent me the username and password.
So after the first 2 days, and still don't have a username and password. I tried calling them and everytime I tried the line was busy. I wanted to cancel but the line was busy, finally I got through and told them I wanted to cancel and the girl said hold and then the line went dead. I could not cancel. So on christmas
day (last night) late I was on my computer and a little after midnight I noticed a debit for $72.00 on my account. So I tried calling them when they opened up and
I got a guy who went by the name of Bobby and He hung up on me when I told him about my situation. So I called back and got a women and she said that Bobby made a notation on your account with a red flag that there was not to be given a refund on the account.
So I went to my Bank and she acted Cold as if she new what was going on and very calaced. And told me that she could to nothing until tomorrow. But that I would never get my money back. I told her that I was a person with a very bad heart and I lived on ssi and only received $573.00 monthly. And the Banker, said which was the Bank I dealt with " (Bank of America)". They didn't care. Can anything be done.
