I thought I was downloading a virus protection from avg for $1.94 per month they charged me 52.92.US Can. 70.26 could not download. I tried calling phone # 951-3108486 3times left message with billing department no one returned my call wrote to [email protected] the email suggested on telephone tape and it came back as not a recognized email address. They sent me a #Transaction #218532077 and took off my cc on Nov. 24 th I wrote them for refund because I could not download and they sent me a form letter saying they have a no refund policy.
They will not email me back after me trying several times and will not return phone call. I believe they are a fraudulent company and ripping people off. Anything you can do for me would be appreciated.
