I went through a portal from mcaffee virus update web page, to order some internet security software for download directly from atlantic coast plc AKA SWREG. I completed the transaction via internet and was suppose to receive a download link to download my software i ordered within minutes of completing the transaction. No email with download link was sent.
Ive tried emailing several times. I received one email which said they dont answer emails at this email address anymore. Than directs me to a link which takes me back to SWREG'S website for help which is where i started to try and get my money back in the first place.
Do not pay via internet with this company. They were quick to deduct my money from my checking account but is sending me through circles to get my account credited. Ive also tried going to mcaffee.com to get help but cant locate any help with this problem.
