I have been with msn for several years, and the problems started when their new version msn8 came out last year, I downloaded it and my computer froze up, after many phone calls and supposedly "technical" help, they told me the disk was corrupted, at my cost I got my computer back to normal, then they started having tech problems, I was without mail service for over a week and either on the phone or in contact with them trying to resolve the issue for serveral hours in three days.
I then requested to cancel my contract do to poor or no service, I was then told I would have to pay them... Best Buy, where I bought the computer and service was no help either... Their lack of customer service, rudeness and lack of professionalism is appawling, and should not be able to get by with it. But I have found there are no agencies that regulate them. I still don't have this resolved after a week of being put on hold...
