'the new at&t'. Yeah right, i have been with at&t home internet for four mo. Now and they have been trying to charge me $30.00 for a return check fee that wasn't me fault the rep typed in the wrong routing number and now i get to pay for it. Ive called them several times and they transfer me from one department to another each one telling me they cant help me. Finally they say there are going to credit me the amount and it has never happen
Its been going on for four months now last time i was on the phone with them for 1hr 34min and 17 transfers later so if i get my bill in this mo and the credit is not showing im canceling my service.
