I am customer of Hughes.net formerly Direcway since I have no choice to be there customer because we leave in a rural are in Winchester VA. They are trying to force me upgrade from my DW6000 to the newone they offer know with a 20.00 dollar increase a month. When we bought the sytem 4 yars ago they offer unlimited acces and a # for dial upfor weather emergencies. Know if I download a 2 minute video a day they cut me off below dialup and tell me that I am in viloation of the fair access BS. Doesn, t matter the time of the day and I have to wait 24 hours or more, them after you get lucky their uneducated customer screw you, service told you if you don't upgrade it's nothing they can do,

There's is nothing wrong with my modem, I am an Electronic Engineer and my modem work perfect untill they cut off the signal speed to try force me to upgrade for more money. I rather go back to dial up or I invent a new system to fight them Back Before I upgrade that way. There's is no such thing as customer service in Hughesnet at all Is a RIPOFF!
I am also collecting signatures to have Cable to our area is only 1000 feet away from the main road.
