I would like to file a complaint against Bluelight.com. I received internet services from them for a while for $8.95 a month. But when I decided to switch to AOL, I notified Bluelight.com that I wanted to cancel my services with them.
They continued to draft money out of my checking
account, and I brought this to their atttention since I thought it was an oversight on their part. Bluelight.com acknowledged their mistake and promised to me that they would refund the money that they took out of my checking account. But they NEVER did. And they continued to draft
$8.95 from my checking account for an additional 8 months from May thru November.
The only way I could stop them from further drafting was to close out that checking account and open a new one. I would like a refund of the money that the drafted from my checking account after I cancelled my services with them. I later discovered that Bluelight.com has an UNsatisfactory BBB rating, and their report can be viewed at http://www.goldengatebbb.org/commonreport.html? Compid=27870
