California Sun Centers breached a contract I signed with them.in September I signed a contract with California Sun Centers. The contract allowed me to freeze my account at any time, if I wasn't tanning regularly.in January I tried to freeze my account and was told by a representative that I didn't sign up for the membership that would allow me to freeze my account and I would have to speak with someone from the corporate office. The contract clearly states I signed up for the membership that allows me to freeze my account, so I contacted the corporate office, they said they would review the contract and get back to me. No one ever got back to me, and after multiple attempts at contacting them, I still have no response. Meanwhile, California Sun Centers withdraws money out of my checking account each month. Even if I didn't freeze my account, they are only supposed to take out $19.88 each month and this month they withdrew $49.00. California Sun Centers has acted in bad faith and whatever you do, do NOT tan with them! They will rip you off, take your money, and you will never be able to get a hold of them.
When checking their status with the Better Business Bureau, they have an unsatisfactory record. See for yourself:
