Before purchasing 'Uggs' from Uggstore.com.Au, please take into consideration my report. I purchased boots for my daughter at a cost of $160.00 Cdn. Not cheap. The boots arrived promptly. My daughter wore the boots for 3 weeks before holes appeared on the top of both boots.
I contacted the company repeatedly and was told it was past their initial warranty period, therefore they couldn't / wouldn't assist me with my request for repalcement. I requested to hear from Management and through a phone call rather than email. This never happened, all my requests were ignored.
Regardless of the poor quality, they then had the nerve to tell me the boots looked extremely worn, after only 3 weeks! They said I could return them at MY cost (another $35 Cdn) but if they deemed them not defective, they would be returned to me, again at MY cost, or destroyed.
These boots are extremely poor quality and I believe they are not true UGG quality boots. I feel they are fakes and would warn anyone considering purcahse from this 'company' to seriously reconsider. I'm out $160.00 and have learned a valuable lesson not to purchase on-line again.
