My boyfriend bought me some Ugg boots from this site in January. The money was taken out of his account swiftly and, unlike some of the other reports I have read, the boots were actually sent to me relatively promptly (despite not arriving in a box - they were therefore crumpled and creased). I received no email confirmation.
The boots are of extremely low quality; both arrived ripped down the back seam. Very disappointed by this discovery, I emailed the company the day they arrived for advice on how to send the boots back and gain a replacement pair. I have received one "Auto-Reply" since, stating that 'Customer Service' will get back to me shortly. It has now been nearly 3 weeks and I have sent 4 emails in total. They have not replied.
The company even have the cheek to request that goods must be returned within a 21 day period. I'm sure most would agree that it is very unlikely that you will actually receive one email reply during this time! The customer service of this company is appalling and, if you are lucky enough to read this BEFORE you decide to purchase boots from www.uggstore.com.Au, take heed.
