Purchased a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter which after 4 weeks of minimal wearing, started falling apart. I emailed the company, sent photographs of the boots as the stitching was pulling apart on both boots in a few places. I heard absolutely nothing from them. I emailed and wrote every single week for months - I eventually got bored with the resending. Never heard a thing. I emailed the negative feedback to mailto: [email protected] of course NO negative feedback is ever published and mine certainly wasnt responded to either. Amazingly enough they still have the audacity to keep sending me their email notifications regarding sales etc even though Ive "unsubscribed". Once again, if it seems to good to be true - it probably is and do your research before you purchase from an internet company. This website looks professional, reviews are good (there are no negatives - this in itself should have alerted me cause we all know you cant please everyone all of the time). I have relatives in Melbourne who were going to look up the store for me, there is no physical address or telephone number.
My daughter now owns a genuine pair of Ugg boots bought from a store in the Mall - the service was excellent and even when there was a problem, they swopped the boots with no questions asked..
