Ordered a pair of UGG Bailey Triplet boots from this site recently. The website is very professional/genuine looking and well put together. As the web address uses the word UGG in its domain, and the pictures used are the same as on the genuine UGG website at www.uggaustralia, I felt confident that this was a 'UK' offshoot site and that their products were authentic - BUT they are not the genuine UGG branded boots which they advertise. The pictures they have on their website are not pictures of the actual product you will receive. I bought a dark grey pair of these boots which have grey fur, and grey top stitching. The boots I got were paler grey, the 'fur' was very poor quality, and was pale blue in colour! There was no sheepskin on the inner soles as genuine UGGs have, and the boots also had very poor quality pale blue top stitching to match the pale blue fur. All the materials used were very poor quality, definitely not genuine UGGs. I contacted customer services to complain, and like another complainant said, they told me to send pictures as proof. I have done this, but have since had no reply (no surprise there!). Why can't this website (and a few others also using the word UGG in their domain) just be closed down? So that other people don't fall foul to these scammers? Someone please do something!!!
