I immediately tried to cancel this transaction, i contacted detective driver and ask for a refund on 11/16/08 they replied that a refund was issued on 11/17/08, so i kept checking with paypal for the refund i had recieved none so after 3 weeks i contacted again detective driver that i had recieved no refund they replied that i should contact SafeCart to find out where my refund was that they had refunded it back to them i have sent 2 emails to www.safecart.com with no replies, i guess im being ignored, I consider this company a untrustworthy company maybe detective driver is untrustworthy also, i seem to be getting the run around from 1 or both of these compaies niether of them has a working customer service number all you get from www.safecart.com number is a recording sending you back to the internet to ask a question with no response from that system it won't even allow you to print out what your sending them.
