I saw an ambiguous charge on my cell phone bill and I called my provider. They told me it was for some ringtone subscription. I called the company and told them I never signed up for their service, in fact they had been charging me since may so that was 5 months. I did not sign up for nor use their service. They told me they could not refund all charges that she could only refund 2 and the reason was never given it was her disgression i believe. I asked to speak to supervisor and the rep REFUSED to allow me too. So make sure you check your cell phone bills and you know what every charge is, because i of course would have stopped that earlier if the billing was more detailed. I just thought it was a base texting charge from my cell company. What an auwful RUDE company.
