It has been next to impossible to contact this company. When trying to email them I was unable to connect to their email account stating that attempts had failed. They have continued to send me DVDs after I requested 10 months ago to cancelled the account and stop charging my credit card. They don't have a problem with charging your account but I as a consumer have met with much difficulty in contacting them and them in return responding to my request. After my card expired they continued to charged my account without my permission. I should not have to cancel my credit card account to stop this fraudulant activity. If anyone have a way of contacting this company please help.
