I cancelled my membership and they continued to place charges against me as though i still had an account open with them. Per their advertisement, they say you can cancel at any time. I filled out one of their forms and even cancelled my credit card. They continued to charge my account even though it was closed, and then sent the bogus charges to a collection agency. No services were rendered and no account was open. No authorization was legal and they continued to charge me under false pretenses.
