The agent/representative at Verizon Wireless Internet had never provided any information about "pro rated fees". The five days in October during which I had been signed with Verizon Wireless Internet, had cost me more than $200 (and it hardly worked in my apt). The remainder of the initial deposit ($400), the negative $187 had never been sent to me;they promise now to send it by the end of January despite their 4-week return policy.
