This company is FULL of dishonest prctices - to include forcing a sale of of s dishonest warranty. My wife picked up our new laptop just 2 years ago. We bought the warranty. I sent it in. And got a VM left on my wife's phone (when I specificlly asked them to call me) saying they would not repai because it the case was damaged - I asked them to describe it for me because I am a working professional and have never dropped or damaged the computer. He started to describe it and I stopped him - what they described was either "accidental shipping" or intentional damage. Due to the fact that a foamed box was recvd I jave a hard time believing it was shipping damage.
Then I found this website while doing a general online search to see if anyone else had similar problems. (You should read the one from the employee of Firedog at a circuit city store - this just goes to back it up - deceptive practices. Our world is becoming crooked - don't trust anyone - thats my advice and never give a second chnace once you've been warned - consider this your warning towards CC and towards their warranty program
