I purchased a wedding dress on ebay on August 12th. The seller is gnut6211 and this person ripped me off. I paid $239.00 for the dress and was told it would take 30 days after they received my measurements to make the dress. I sent my measurements a couple of weeks later.
I emailed the seller in October asking about the status of my dress. Their answer was they didn't know at the time and would get back to me in 72 hours. Well that was the last time I heard from them and that was almost a month ago now.
I have sent around 10 or more emails asking about the dress and demanding a refund. They just do not respond. They do however keep adding more auctions to ebay, selling the same exact dress they sold to me. Today I found the phone number and just got an answering machine. As of now I have been waiting for my wedding dress for almost 4 months.
I have received no help from ebay or paypal. They both say it is too late to file a dispute. I waited past the dispute limit because I thought they were in the process of making and shipping my dress.
Please take my advice and do NOT buy from them this person is a scam and a fraud. Again there ebay user ID is gnut6211.
