Never returned my monito

We bought a 19 inch GEM Computer Monitor (by 3G technology Inc) from PC Connection on 08/17. Within 10 months, the monitor displayed every character in Pink. We contacted 3G Technology for warranty and repair service per the warranty information included with the monitor. 3G Technology told us, via email, to return the monitor to them as it was still covered under their 1 year warranty. They issued a RMA number and said they would fix the monitor and return it to us within 6 to 8 weeks. We shipped the monitor via UPS to the address provided by them on July 21 and it was signed for at their location on July 24 (per UPS delivery verification). As of October 10, I have not received my monitor. I have emailed them 10 times (8 via their website and 2 from my email account) requesting information or an update on the repair process and have not received a reply. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone, listening to hold music without ever speaking to a live person (6 separate phone calls). The phone calls were made to the phone number supplied by them to get additional information. I have left messages for the only three voice mailboxes available from their company directory and have not received a reply. As 3g Technology, Inc instructed me to return the unit to them for repair, at their cost, via their website and email process, I believe they have no intention to return my monitor and in fact have stolen my belongings. Please help
