I purchased X2Gen's 19" LCD Monitor MG19VT from Tiger Direct and also purchased the extended warranty. After just 10 months of use, wide bands of lines rendered this monitor useless. I contacted X2Gen as this monitor was still under the 1 Year Mfg. Warranty (for repair or replacement).
I was given a RMA Number and directed to package and mail my monitor to them at their Wood Dale, IL location. I did so via USPS return receipt. Well, that was almost a month ago - when I check their website for status, it says they received it, shipped it back, and closed the RMA. Of course, they are lying - I have not gotten my monitor back.
I've tried NUMEROUS times to contact them - they don't answer their phone, or their mailbox is FULL (I wonder WHY?)...
I got ONE response to my last 6 emails - the response was that they NEVER RECEIVED MY MONITOR!!! Even though their website says they did??? And, I have the evidence from the post office???
TIGER DIRECT is of no help either. Even though I purchased it from them, they tell me to deal with X2Gen since I shipped it there... So, anyone have any suggestions for me? I spent $349.00 on this product less than 12-months ago!
I WILL NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy from X2Gen - or TIGER DIRECT - again! And, I will tell everyone I know the same thing.
