I purchased on of their computer in March of it worked fantasticly for 6 months or until, less than one week, of making the final payment. Since then I have had nothing but problems.
They have already installed 1 modem and mainboard with another modem waiting to be installed with another mainboard arrives. That makes 2 of each will have been installed in the last 6 months. My warranty is done March 13 and they will not extend it with the installation of new equipment.
With the problems I have been having with the equipment I believe the least they should do is honor another years warranty on the new equipment.
