Employees know nothing and won't cancel your account!

I signed up with Melaleuca in Feburary 2008 under the assumption I could make money... FALSE! My mentor quit shortly after signing me up, I have not heard from anyone since then.

I called in to say I wanted to quit since it's such a scam... Got told I need to mail in a letter signed by the 25th of the month.

Fine!

Mailed in a letter dated and signed I wanted my membership cancelled the 24th... TWO WEEKS LATER I get a confirmation email that they have now processed my cancellation effective November 3rd!

They have charged my account!

I spoke to some "really intelligent" (note sarcasm) customer service dillweed Doug who could not explain to me why they couldn't cancel my charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor... He argued with me for a few minutes about wanting to talk to someone else! Then brings on some other "intelligent" team leader who tells me I have to call a different number to speak to a supervisor!
Complete BS, because their processing deptment took forever to note my account they get to charge me for another month... Don't think so! I will be filing a claim with my bank as they are unauthorized for this charge this month!
