In May, I requested replacement for several sets of magnetix in my home that were in the recall after the death due to the magnets becoming dislodged (NY TIMES)
The company sent the bags in which to ship the magnetix sets back - I shipped them, and months later, tried to get an answer to where the replacements are, but no one returns my emails on their site.
Please help me find out when I can expect my replacement sets.
I initially contacted them in early May - sent the sets back in June, and now almost 6 months later have not received my replacement or an explanation of why?
