Obtains your Credit Card number while you are processing a separate purchasing activity then charges you for an annual membership fee of $129.00

After speaking with customer service this company said they would credit my CC in full for the charge they had made against it for an annual membership fee. It is HOW they obtained the CC number that is very irritating and alarming, somehow, during a purchasing transaction on some suppliers site,

I cannot tell you who or when, they said that there was a FREE GAS CARD offer and that by agreeing to the GAS CARD that in the fine print there was an additional agreement for a 30 day FREE TRIAL of their services and that if they were not notified in writing within the 30 days that they would bill the CC number obtained from a COMPLETELY SEPARATE XACTION.
